Construction work for a trail on Belle-Forêt Street will begin on Monday, August 17, 2026, between des Érables Street and Dieppe Boulevard. The work is expected to continue until September 4.
Belle-Forêt Street will remain open to traffic. However, one lane may be closed at times. Traffic control personnel will be on site to direct traffic.
Lane reductions are scheduled for August 17 and 18, 2026, at the intersection of Champlain Street, Aviation Street and Englehart Street, as well as near 813 Champlain Street.
Traffic will be maintained; however, some lanes will be closed to allow for the work.
Acadie Avenue, between Normandie and Alain-Gillette streets, will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction for the remainder of the day, Wednesday, August 5.
These lane reductions are necessary in order to allow for repair work on the water and sewer system.
Champlain Street, near the intersection with Airport Road, will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction until Friday, July 31 to allow for work on the water system.
A section of Thomas Street, civic numbers 265 to 331, will now be known as des Pommiers Street. This name change is part of the project to realign Thomas Street with Lafrance Street.
Reduced to one lane of traffic between Regis and St-Laurent streets from Monday, July 27 to Friday, July 31 for microsurfacing work.
Intermittently be closed to traffic between Monday, July 27 and Wednesday, July 29 to allow for work on the water supply system.
The Champlain and Acadie intersection will reopen later this evening, Friday, July 17. Permanent traffic changes will then come into effect.
Between Lorette Street and Tower Street, through September.
Between Régis and St-Laurent streets, from Wednesday, July 8 to Friday, July 10.
