Closure of Olivier Street

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Olivier Street will be closed to traffic from Tuesday, April 16, starting at 7 a.m., to Wednesday, April 17, at 7 p.m.

The City regrets any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates your patience and co-operation while this work is being done.

Seniors in Motion Program

DIEPPE, N.B. — The Seniors in Motion Program encourages active living through wellness activities and social outings. Activities are organized by the City of Dieppe and are held once per month.

Scheduled April activity:

Thursday, April 25 – Laughter Yoga

On the lookout for young athletes

DIEPPE, N.B. — Children from 6 to 11 years of age are invited to take part in the 12 Challenges activity at École Anna-Malenfant’s track and field in Dieppe.

The sport challenge activity will place over four Tuesday evenings on May 7, 14, 21 and 28.

Three different athletics challenges will take place each week, including sprint, steeplechase, cross-country, shot put, discus throw, javelin throw, long jump, high jump, triple jump, relay, standing long jump and agility games.

Registration for 20th annual edition of Pepsi Cup

DIEPPE, N.B. — For the 20th consecutive year, the City of Dieppe is hosting the Pepsi Cup, a series of eight mountain bike races for youth aged 9 to 15 at Rotary St-Anselme Park.

Registration will take place at Mike’s Bike Shop, 67 Englehart Street, on Saturday, April 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and on two consecutive Thursdays – April 18 and 25 from 4-7 p.m. Visit dieppe.ca to fill out a registration form, or you may do so on site.
