Dieppe adopts high-tech system to help firefighters improve response time

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe Fire Department is now the second in Canada to acquire a pre-alert system and mobile system developed for firefighters that will allow them to respond more efficiently to emergency calls.

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe invites residents to provide their opinions on the municipal budget through the new Point us in the right direction initiative.
An online budget simulator has been developed that allows Dieppe residents to offer their ideas and suggestions in an exercise that will lead to a balanced budget. The results may then be taken into consideration by city council when making future decisions.

DIEPPE, N.B. — Prevent Kitchen Fires is the theme of Fire Prevention Week taking place from October 6 to 12.
The City of Dieppe Fire Department invites the public to an open house on Saturday, October 5, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the fire station located at 500 Gauvin Road.
The public is invited to take part in family activities including inflatable games, face painting, fire station tours, an emergency vehicle exhibit, information kiosks and demonstrations of fire extinguishers and hoses.

Pay-as-you-go classes at the Dieppe Aquatic and Sports Centre

DIEPPE, N.B. —The Centre now offers aquafitness and aqua Zumba at a cost of $10 per class or $85 for a card good for 12 classes.
The aquafitness class is offered from 5 p.m. to 5:55 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday as well as from 7:30 p.m. to 8:25 p.m on Thursday . Aqua Zumba is only offered from 7:30 p.m. to 8:25 p.m. on Tuesday.
