A new program has been launched to make our city a greener place! This program offers mature trees at a very reasonable cost to residents who do not have trees in front of their homes.
Eligibility requirements:
- One tree per residence, with a possibility of two trees for residences located on a street corner;
- There can be no existing trees on the land in front of the home;
- There must be sufficient space to plant the tree and to ensure it has enough space to grow;

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe is seeking comments and suggestions from residents until Tuesday, April 23, regarding potential improvements to the public transit system serving the municipality.
Open-house sessions will also take place on Wednesday, March 27, and Wednesday, April 3, between 6 and 8 p.m. in the foyer of Dieppe City Hall.

Dieppe starts begins 2013 on a high note

DIEPPE, N.B. — With the value of building permits for January and February totalling $7,121,103, the City of Dieppe experienced a strong start to 2013. The commercial sector saw 20 permits issued, representing $6,701,683, while the residential sector accounted for 12 permits with a total value of $419,420.
These investments represent the second-best start to a year (January and February) in the past 16 years.

Closure of one lane on Acadie Avenue

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise the motoring public that one lane is partially closed to through traffic (south bound towards Memramcook), between Chartersville Road and du Marché Street, due to localized flooding.
The City regrets any inconvenience this situation may cause and thanks the public for its patience and collaboration.
