Women celebrated in Dieppe

DIEPPE, N.B. — To commemorate International Women’s Day, the City of Dieppe is hosting a free event to highlight the importance of education, networking and leadership in the success of women in the workforce.
The event begins at 4 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, at CCNB-Dieppe (community college) with a presentation from the chair of the Committee on Equal Opportunity between Women and Men, Jody Dallaire. She is also a councillor-at-large for the City of Dieppe.

The City of Dieppe invites resident to New Brunswick Heritage Week celebrations taking place from February 10-17. This year’s theme is New Brunswick Remembers (1914-2014), marking the 100th anniversary of the First World War and the 75th anniversary of the Second World War.

Live streaming of municipal Council meetings on the Web

DIEPPE, NB – The City of Dieppe is pleased to announce that starting Monday, January 27, City Council meetings will be streamed live in high definition on the internet. This live stream will be available on computers, tablets and smart phones in partnership with BellAliant Community One.

DIEPPE, N.B. — Get out your tuque and mittens and come out to enjoy the many activities organized during the Dieppe Friendship Carnival taking place January 31 to February 2.
